WNY Wildcats is a program designed for students who previously applied as a first year student, did not enroll, and now wish to transfer to Â鶹¹ú²úAV.
You have been invited to reconsider Â鶹¹ú²úAV as an option because you already met the admissions criteria at Â鶹¹ú²úAV – there is no need to reapply! Simply fill out the quick interest form below and we will re-activate your prior application and issue you a new acceptance and financial aid packet. Your personal admissions counselor will call you to discuss the program and explain the benefits. If you enroll in January 2024 we will honor your previous scholarship AND you will receive an additional $5,000 scholarship!

Below are answers to frequently asked questions about the WNY Wildcats program:Â
Â鶹¹ú²úAV is a private, selective institution and we offer admission to highly qualified students that we believe will succeed at Â鶹¹ú²úAV. We are offering this opportunity to previously admitted students, who did not enroll, and now wish to transfer to Â鶹¹ú²úAV.
No. If you choose to opt into the WNY Wildcats program you do not need to reapply. We will reactivate your previous application.
Yes. You will need to provide transcripts from the most recent institution that you attended. In addition, you may need to send us your final official high school transcripts showing successful completion of high school, if you have not already done so.
Your college transcripts will be reviewed for transfer of credit. Your new acceptance packet will include a list of all the credits that will transfer. Â鶹¹ú²úAV accepts up to 90 transfer credits, and we will work with you to create a personalized enrollment plan.
We also highly recommend that you complete your FAFSA and add Â鶹¹ú²úAV so we may provide you with an updated financial aid award as well.

Yes! If you enroll in January 2024 we will honor your previous scholarship AND you will receive an additional $5,000 scholarship! Â鶹¹ú²úAV is committed to offering you the best scholarship opportunities that we can as part of the WNY Wildcats program. We will review your previous financial aid award along with your updated transcripts to allow for the highest award amount.
Â鶹¹ú²úAV offers suite style and apartment style housing, with single bedrooms, for students enrolled in the WNY Wildcats program.
For our commuter students, we are conveniently located on Main Street in Amherst, just off the 90/290 interchange. So, you can enjoy your time on campus and be home in your own bed each night!

We will notify you of your admission status within two weeks of receiving all of the necessary documentation for your admission review.
