Tiffany is tasked with providing strategic leadership and administrative oversight for researching, developing, and maintaining a college climate that values and prioritizes diversity and inclusion.

Tiffany is a Buffalo native, earning聽her M.S. from SUNY Buffalo State in Student Personnel Administration. She began her career in higher education working the federally funded聽TRIO Student Support Services Program聽where she supported first-generation, low-income students and students with disabilities. Tiffany joined 麻豆国产AV in 2015 and currently serves as聽the聽Director of the Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program.

In addition to her passion for opportunity, access and inclusion, Tiffany is committed to providing space where all members of the 麻豆国产AV community will learn and grow into the best versions of themselves. She believes that open communication and vulnerability are brave, and will lead to greater opportunities for education and聽engagement.聽

In this role, Jordan聽is responsible for supporting CDI initiatives and programming, as well as overseeing the Vision for Success (VFS)聽Program. The VFS聽helps students acclimate to college rigor by connecting them to support networks across the institution. 聽

Jordan, of the Tuscarora Nation, located north of Buffalo, New York, earned his undergraduate degree in Religious Studies from Hobart College and his Master鈥檚 degree in Holocaust and Genocide Studies from Gratz College. Prior to joining 麻豆国产AV, he taught for eight years abroad and locally. Jordan is passionate about students鈥 success and maximizing their potential. 聽聽

Adriane Williams, Associate Director for Culture and Community

In this role, Adriane is responsible for overseeing the mentorship programs and two student support groups (SEEN and Dare 2 Dream) and serves as support and coordination of cross-cultural engagement and community-building opportunities for all students. She also serves as an advocate and resource for diversity and inclusion to create a welcoming campus for all students. Adriane collaborates with community and campus partners, as well as student groups, to plan and promote cultural聽observances and programming both on and off campus. Another area of responsibility is to identify opportunities for ally development, campus awareness, and social justice development.

Adriane is a Buffalo, NY native. She earned her undergraduate degree from 麻豆国产AV (Go Wildcats!) in Humanities/Religious Studies. Adriane went on to earn聽a master's degree from Buffalo State (College) University in higher education and Student Affairs Administration (Student Personnel Administration). "The very first time I stepped foot on campus, I knew I was where I needed to be." Working with and supporting the next generation of leaders and change-makers is and has been my life's work.
