- Friday, August 30th, 2024 9am-12pm: First-Year and Transfer Student Move-In
- Saturday, August 31st, 2024 10am-3pm: Returning and Student Move-In

Insurance Requirements
All 麻豆国产AV residential students are required to have聽sufficient聽health insurance聽that will cover illness and injury in the Amherst/Buffalo, NY area.聽
Students must provide proof of聽active聽health insurance聽(waive)聽OR enroll in the 麻豆国产AV Student Health Insurance plan EACH ACADEMIC YEAR (prior to moving into the residence halls).聽
Ensure to read up on 麻豆国产AV's聽student health聽insurance requirements.聽Students who have not provided proof of insurance by move-in will not聽receive their residential key.聽
First-Year Housing Application & Roommate Preference
Once deposited, first-year students will complete their eRezLife application which includes various questions about students' living preferences, and the ability to select roommates. Visit our聽eRezLife聽page for steps on how to聽complete your application and request a roommate group. Housing & Residence Life will do its best to pair first-year students in doubles or triples in Canavan Hall. In mid-July each year, roommate information will be distributed electronically and be viewable on eRezLife.
