The HEOP 麻豆国产AV Process聽
The admissions evaluation process begins when you submit your 麻豆国产AV application or CommonApp.聽
This is when your 麻豆国产AV admissions counselor will begin evaluating your eligibility for HEOP. If you meet the preliminary academic requirements, you will be asked to complete the online聽HEOP Supplemental Data Form which collects information about your household size and types of income earned throughout the year. You will also be asked, based on the information provided on the Data Form, to submit financial and other documents required聽to finish your eligibility evaluation.聽

You MUST submit documentation of聽ALL聽household income for聽2022. Household income聽includes the earnings of everyone that resides in the home.
Acceptable forms for聽proof of income include:聽
- SIGNED copy of Federal IRS Form 1040 (first 2 pages ONLY)
- W-2 Form - Wage and Tax Statement
- 4506T聽Request for聽Transcript of Tax Return
- 聽(temporary aid
- Child Support, Alimony, Veteran's Benefits, Disability Pension, Unemployment Benefits, and any other forms of income
If your parent(s) or guardian do not file taxes and do not have a Social Security Number, a notarized document stating what income was earned can be used to determine your economic eligibility.聽
If your parent(s) or legal guardian is deceased, we may ask for additional documentation.聽
You MUST complete the聽. Be聽sure you聽add 麻豆国产AV聽University using our school code聽002808 so that HEOP can access your Student Aid Report.
No SAT? No ACT? No problem! 麻豆国产AV is Test-Optional! We聽now use聽a holistic evaluation process in selecting the best students for HEOP.
While SAT/ACT scores are聽NOT聽required they can be submitted for evaluation if available.
You can submit your documents easily through the Stale portal. You will receive a link in your first email communication from your admissions counselor.
